VIRTUAL TEAMS

Exercise

In travel industry, they always need to be different countries to take customer service or something like that. For example, a company has brunches in Mexico and China not very big size and the company has same working policy such as working time 9am to 6pm. Due to the geological difference of those brunches, the manager of the company might not know everything of the company and have some difficulties to treat his coworkers. Because China and Mexico has different cultural background and perception from the cultural, the manager need to act as a mediator and have trust on his coworker and make clear their goal of the company.
