Look for examples of alternative communications approaches in multinationals corporations. Explain how do they implement it?
Since we are living in the globalization, there are many of companies that consider as multinational corporations such as Google which is the most powerful and multicultural company. Because of their diversity of members in office they need to develop new way to communicate each others from all around world. Firstly they are using English as official language even not in English speaking country and they do some activities for implementing, for example diversity day which is all members make their traditional food and share as they know and understand their background better.
